Knowledge Management and Processes in the Organization is a program that covers the fundamental concepts related to knowledge management as applied to the direction of the people within an organization.
The program Knowledge Management and Processes in the Organization considers essential the incorporation of the new information and communication technologies (NICT) as a fundamental part of the formation of a specialist in the area and as part of their future professional work
In this sense, ICTs are used in the program of Knowledge Management and Processes in the Organization to enhance, enrich and increase the explanatory power of teachers and extending the learning of students.
With training programs of this nature, and through the pedagogical articulation of theoretical foundations and case studies, the participant will be trained in the use of tools, knowledge, techniques and fundamental procedures in knowledge management.

Training methodology proposed, coupled with the clarity, scope and the didactics of content design, enables to direct Knowledge Management and Processes in the Organization to professionals with responsibilities of management in organizations, with or without experience, who wish to expand and consolidate their knowledge so as to apply it at any of the levels of command within the Organization as well as in all sectors of public and private business activity.
Diploma
The successful completion of the Program will allow the student to obtain the degree of Experto Universitario en GESTIÓN DEL CONOCIMIENTO Y PROCESOS EN LA ORGANIZACIÓN, issued by the University where he or she has registered.

If the student is enrolled in a university that does not belong to the European Higher Education Area (EHEA), the relation between credits - hours may vary.

General Objective
- Train professionals capable of understanding, knowing and mastering the techniques of management of knowledge in its technical and organizational aspects, as well as considering and understanding of the basic psychosocial processes linked to the same.
Specific Objectives
- Know and manage modern techniques in the management of knowledge, based on the use of new technologies in the process of information within the business framework.
- Develop functions and procedures for the planning, organization, performance and supervision of human resources in business.
- Understand the psychosocial processes underlying the management of people in technological development and within the business organization

These subjects, although being independent, are structured according to a coherent pedagogical order. Each is divided into chapters, or basic thematic units, whose content includes printed material that must be studied to satisfactorily answer the evaluation tests.

Doctor in Education from the International Iberoamerican University, Master in Occupational and Organizational Psychology from the University of Havana, and Bachelor in Psychology from the Central University of Las Villas, Cuba. Academic Coordinator and Professor at the International Iberoamerican University.
